We will not release our doves inside any structure.
- We will only release outdoors from sun-up until two hours before sundown.
Any unexpected adverse behavior by one or more of our doves is beyond our control not limited to non-flight, noise, bodily functions or any other behavior that one or more persons find offensive or damaging. You must agree that we are not financially responsible for any claims made for this service at all.
We can not guarantee that the doves will stay in the area for any period of time or that they will fly in any particular direction.
We will release only white racing pigeons that are trained specifically for these events. Because ring-necked doves and other types of birds are unable to fly home and would eventually perish. Adverse weather conditions may prevent the release of our doves. We reserve the right to decide if it is safe for our birds to fly. If we decide it is unsafe for our doves to be released, we will refund your payment in full. No other claims may be requested other than the exact amount that was paid to us. No exceptions. We take the safety of our birds very seriously.
There will be a cancellation handling fee of 50 percent of the amount for any cancellations before 3 days of the event.
If you cancel within 3 days of a scheduled release you will not receive a refund.
All bookings are given on a first come first served basis with a 50 percent deposit to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Checks and money orders must be received two weeks prior to the event. Non payment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Additional charge for credit card transactions.
Heart-shaped release baskets require a $60 deposit in addition to the white dove rental fee. Display cages may be rented for an additional $75 for each one, a display cage at the wedding ceremony or event is for 2 1/2 hours : note $100 extra a hour fee after the 2 1/2 hour time limit: rounded to the nearest hour: no more then $100 per hour fee, even if you have more displays. Dove handler fee of $50 is needed at some sites.
A traveling fee of $3 per mile per bird will be added for events that are more than 15 miles outside of the central coastal Orange County loft.
Funerals are unexpected and a rushed event - no deposit required and payment can be made 24 hours before an event.
Service area - Not above Long Beach. No further east than Yorba Linda. And no further south than El Toro Road in Orange County.
We will dress appropriately for your occasion.
