WRITTEN AGREEMENT REGARDING SERVICES OF NEWPORT COAST WHITE DOVE RELEASE
We will not release our doves inside any structure. We will only release outdoors from sun-up until two hours before sundown. Any unexpected adverse behavior by one or more of our doves is beyond our control including but not limited to non-flight, noise, bodily functions or any other behavior that one or more persons find offensive or damaging. You must agree that we are not financially responsible for any claims made for this service at all. If the event is running more than 20 minutes late, an additional fee is required at the rate of $200 an hour for every hour after the set time. The fee is rounded up to the nearest hour. If this is not paid on site with cash at this time all birds will be released at once, no exceptions. A handler fee of $50 to $100 is added on some venues. No releases of doves indoors or in dangerous locations. No dove release in any heavy fog, rain, thunderstorms, tornado, winds in excess of 20 mph, during snow storms, or any severe weather watches or warnings. No shipping of any doves for self-releases. No release further away than our birds are trained to safely fly. Adverse weather conditions may prevent the release of our doves. We reserve the right to decide if it is safe for our birds to fly. If we decide it is unsafe for our doves to be released there will be no return of retainer. No exceptions. We take the safety of our birds very seriously. If you cancel a scheduled release you will not receive your retainer back. All bookings are given on a first come first served basis with a 100 percent retainer fee to secure your event. No checks. No e-checks accepted. Non payment will result in forfeiture of your retainer fee. We own all rights on any video recording(s) taken by us at your service or event to be used on the internet and or not limited to any other place we put the recording on. We own all rights of photo(s) we take at any event or service we have provided. No return of retainer for any reason. Additional charge for credit card transactions. The retainer is nonrefundable after work has been completed. No hand holding bird(s) only basket releases for safety of animals.If the date, time, or location of the event changes from information specified below by the customer(s) then it is the obligation of customer(s) to immediately notify Newport Coast White Dove Release in writing of any and all changes. * Were not responsible for quality of the free video recording we offer at your service: such as lighting, length of video, or person(s) blocking the camera or if recording fails for any reason.
